Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns can be made within 5 days of purchase or delivery. All items must be new, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags still attached. You will get store credit for Wheat & Wildflower ONLY. The customer will pay return shipping expenses.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. Preorder items are EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. No returns will be allowed on preordered items. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, tags still attached. Because I take pride in my product, it must also be free of stains, pet hair, and odors such as, but not limited to, cigarette smoke and perfume. Your items will be disqualified if they come back in this condition.
(Refunds will be available if the issue is because of a manufacturing error or an error on my part).
If item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item- please contact us immediately so it can be corrected.

Preorder Policy:
Pre-orders are often run on my closed customer group on Facebook. Invoices will be sent when a request is received to purchase an item. Payment must be made before the product will be ordered for you. If you miss the deadline, the product may be ordered at a later date once the payment is made, but the turn around time will be dependent on when your invoice is complete.
